When I was pregnant with my 3rd I use to gag or throw up from not eating right when I first woke up😂😂

Same here 😭 the brushing teeth is a challenge for me but I hold my breath take a couple seconds break and do my tongue which is the worse.

I called my dentist today about this. They said salt on the back of the tongue can help otherwise wait until you aren’t feeling nauseous and to us
