this is visual snow / visual snow syndrome!! It's usually normal and harmless, but it can be pretty annoying at night. no, it's not an eye condition or whatever ppl think, so you're okay. in case you only see it at night, it might be a simply mild-to-moderate change of static. hope this helps [smile]

OMG I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY PERSON WHO EXPERIENCED THIS i start experience this when i was in like 4th grade up to this day its so frustrating bc I would never to see normal night vision again unless there is enough light.
