Hey Jaime, quick question! Love your videos! At the moment I am taking herbs of gold saffron and Nutrivital magnesium glycinate at night. I do also sometimes take L theanine if it’s a high anxiety day. The recommended dose on the for magnesium is two magnesium one in the morning one at night and then one saffron in the morning and one saffron at night I take the herbs of gold the one that you recommend.. I am trying to avoid taking anxiety medication. Is it safe to take the recommended dose of the magnesium and the saffron and also add in the L theanine when needed?
