this drivers see the cop's car being stopped in the middle of the highway with the lights on and they still dont slow down, not even just a lil bit, they also pass him right next to him not even a lane away...

This can be fixed easily start sending out tickets to everyone who didn’t slow down. You have all the plate information in the video maybe triple finds for them all.
