I can’t wear clothes if the are not in pristine condition. Meaning if there is the tiniest dirt spot. Or a piece of material is out of place. I will go to the store and buy brand new clothes. Tide pen has saved many a meltdown. Same with keeping spare clothes in the car.

4/5, I haven’t had a meltdown over what I was wearing in public but I got pretty damn close. T-shirts with the tight neck holes are my enemy. I think I can handle it, the the store gets too loud and BAM I feel like I’m being choked and am aware of every millimeter of fabric touching my neck
