one time I was on a date in an escape room and he got handsy. I told him they had cameras, he said they didn't, then over the intercom someone said, "We do have cameras."

I always argue with either the game masters (not actually being mean) or the actors in the room because I’m anxious when I do a room and one time it was a text screen like this and the screen literally just said “haha”

I did one with a group of strangers, my sister jumped ahead to the end of the puzzle bc it was so obvious, the men all ignored her at best and condescending at worst. we lost and stopped going with randos

This is awesome. My husband and I love doing escape rooms. We have done maybe 30. My brother and I in escape rooms is intense. We don’t play around. 😆 We scared our Dad b/c we took it so seriously.

My BIGGEST pet peeve working at an escape room is when a kid is right about a puzzle and the adults immediately shoot down the idea or tell them to be quiet. That and also when people just instinctively say yes when I give them a clue, despite the fact they have not done or looked at the thing I asked them about.

my brother, husband and I are all on the spectrum. one of the clues was out before it should have been (failed component), and we somehow did things wrong, but got it to work. the lady said she had no clue how we did it 😂
