Ag manufacturers finally figured out to widen the fins so dirt can blow thru. Loose a little capacity but not as much as a plugged pack.

Went through this servicing farm trucks and spreader trucks, after removing and cleaning, put fiberglass screen in front of cooling module, problem solved also blow out every service

you're correct you have pulled apart and wash everything I got two trucks I got to do the same thing myself they've been so much dirt damn s*** to packed

we usually pull the unit out of the truck and then wash everything put individually,a lot of trucks we see you can't wash out efficiently with it in the truck

We blow ours out every service and especially between the radiator and air to air . He is right you will need to rinse them out from time to time.

On my n14 years ago had an air leak in the air over electic switch that stopped my fan from engaging fully. Had to have the key on and fan on manual to hear the leak

turn the fan on with a good degreaser and hot water with light pressure on steamer...fan pulls everything thru...works pretty good
