Education should be FREE and EQUAL to all South Africans. It’s in the Freedom Charter, it was officially adopted in 1955 and in 1994 it became one of our foundational principles of our Constitution. Don’t be fooled by people that say that education is not for free.

My son finish 2019 matric he went to NMMU for LLB but didn't get space. He took HR for 2yrs passed those 2yrs didn't finish was funded but then he started LLB now 2025 in his 4th year now they say he can't be funded. Never failed maybe wrote 2 modules over nd better the marks. But he can't be funded. How can he not be funded but his studying. No failing just passing. They stopped his funding. I don't work I'm 53yrs old. He must pay his debt before he can graduate. Eish I'm stressed really. Where must I get the money. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

There's another video of this guy discussing how the middle class is burdened by taxes and the rising cost of living. For example, a parent pays a significant amount to SARS but is also expected to cover their children's tuition fees out of pocket, which adds to their financial strain. It's unfortunate that we live in a country with so much sovereignty wealth that is leaving the country instead of being used to create opportunities for South Africans to get ahead and afford themselves a decent quality of life.
