it was a commercial fisherman's long line that had federal permits to catch sharks. what they did was a felony, they knew exactly what they were doing and this pardon should not have happened.

that's awesome 💞 also thought kinda feel like that long line with 19 sharks and the giant grouper is questionable. was it not monitored? what was the target species ? in no instance can 19 sharks accidentally get hooked and slowly suffocate (most shark species need to keep swimming to breath)
