absolutely wild to me that NP programs allow their students to work 😅 NP programs need structure and standardization focused around medicine. the 99% acceptance rate is unfortunately going to kill the NP profession eventually.

Honestly the fact that NP programs are part time is INSANE to me. It’s should require at least 2 years of FT experience beforehand and then be at the very minimum 2 years full time taking classes side by side with MD students (like PA programs often are) to become a provider 😭
