hi....I tried this recipe but I substituted 2 cups of flour for 1cup of oat flour and 1 cup of chia and flax blend. I also added 1/2 cup ctushed almonds. It came out great...not only delicious but nutritious as well. variations: dried fruits, other types of nuts, banana
