Their training is to make you comply, not to follow the Constitution, the law, or basic human rights, and to treat all citizens they come in contact with as criminals and do whatever it takes to escalate the situation to go hands-on. It comes from poor leadership from the top down, some people can't handle the power that comes with the gun and badge.

What the auditor is not wanting to understand is this building falls under a limited public forum and they have the right to restrict 1A inside the building. Long standing ruling by SCOTUS decades ago. No lawsuit, no rights violation just another Google lawyer who needs to do better research.
