Womans name is Sheri Meyer. None of the body came footages shows her swinging at the cops. At one point, the turned off yheir camers for 2 minutes to talk. They restrained her in. “Nifty little restraint device” called the body wrap. She passed out twice. Dog was dumped at a shelter. All charges were dismissed by the next morning.

Again, her own fault for opening the door in the first place. It does not justify what the cops did but she opened herself up to all that came after.
