That's more like a Tear Drop glass made for Champagne not for Wine so that is lesson#1... To drink wine is preferred to have a wider bowl that will enhance the aromas and flavors. Lesson 2... Thank Me Later 😊

Also when your hand touches the bulb of the glass the heat of your hand affects the wine chemistry so that’s why wine glasses have a stem. That is the technical purpose for it.
