Once an employee at a tanning salon stole my brand new iPhone but I couldn’t prove it… I called Apple and reported it stolen. Unfortunately, once you do that the phone can never be utilized ever again even if you get it back :( I had to pay the $250 deductible to get a refurbished phone (different color) shipped to me… people suck 😩
