Ingredients: * 8oz package cream cheese-softened * 1 cup powdered sugar * 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips * 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil * 1 tsp vanilla * 1 cup heavy whipping cream * 1 cup brownie pieces * ½ cup mini chocolate chips Directions: 1. Place the cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 15-second intervals, mixing in between, until fully melted. Set aside to cool slightly. 2. Pour heavy cream into a bowl and use an electric hand mixer to whip it into soft peaks. Set it aside. 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and powdered sugar with the hand mixer until smooth. 4. Mix in vanilla and melted chocolate. 5. Fold in the whipped cream until well blended. 6. Cut the prepared brownies into ¼ cubes. 7. Gently mix in the brownie bites and mini chocolate chips, leaving a few for garnish. 8.
