Yes Bay Area is great. Down here in LA we get an hour paid lunch and a 15 minute breakfast break. I didn’t realize how many hospitals don’t support you to eat until travel nursing! Lol

My husband is a Bay Area RN and takes a nap every day during his lunch and also gets all his breaks. Meanwhile I'm a school counselor and don't even get a lunch break 😩

I worked at Scripps Mercy in San Diego. AMAZING staff. I have to say that it was very weird to actually get a real lunch break, but so appreciated!!

I work in SoCAL. We are strict with our breaks. We get 2 of 15 min unofficial breaks and 1 of 30 min lunch. We are required to take a break every 4-5 hours. But only clock out for the 30 min lunch break.
