@linneagonzales: THE REVERSE HIT:🏑💥 a lethal option when you are on your backside and either want to pass or rip a SHOT. 4 things to keep in mind! 1️⃣ Make sure the ball is far enough in front of you (should be in front & at an angle. Ideally, a stick and a step away). 2️⃣ Your front knee NEEDS to be at 90 degrees. If you are not lunging into the ball it’s going to make it hard to get low enough which will affect your contact with the ball. Stay low, keep your stick flat and strike with the side of your stick. 3️⃣ Your swing should be one motion - elbows go back, arms/wrists go around, and following through with a flat stick. You can break this down first by practicing the motion on your knees! Think of the motion as starting a lawnmower then throwing a frisbee. 4️⃣ Keep your head down ALL the way through until you feel the ball leave your stick.
