I just got the Dyson airwrap id and mydyson app wont connect to it. But it says on my iphone that is already connected to my phones bluetooth. And dyson customer service isnt helping. They keep saying its must be plugged in and turned on. DUH?? How in the workd would my bluetooth conncet to the machine if its not turned on. 🤦 dyson is a scam

I want to like my airwrap but it doesn’t curl the top half - like from your root to where your curl starts in this video. I think the curls would last much longer if it got right to the root coming from someone with frizzy wavy hair.
