i’m on this journey too and if you take the amount you were spending monthly for a streamer and make that your music budget (stretch that dollar buying second hand too), you can get a pretty nice collection going.

You can buy physical CDs and vinyl on Spotify. Most artists just don't utilize physical sales anymore though.

Check your local libraries, many have bookstores w/new & recycled physical media for sale to support the library that also includes CDs (+ DVDs, vinyl, etc) & it’s all super cheap

Careful. Some CDs still have copyright protection to prevent you ripping the songs and redistributing them
