I don’t know who the people are that were saying that place is beautiful but for $5000 a night that place was a dump. You are 100% right I’m glad you got all your money back in that price was outrageous for that house.

Happy you were refunded. Traveling with kids is already challenging so to not be comfortable is terrible especially at that price! Not sure why anyone would be so mean to say something not nice. You can smile happily now& that’s all that matters.

$1000/night was not crazy if the place was tiptop, regardless of what people were saying, but it wasn't even close to tiptop. I would've asked for a refund
