I sometimes use coconut aminos by itself. I don’t know its nutritional value but just a little goes a long way for flavor or in place of soy sauce.

That's a BIG NO No for me. I'm allergic to soy as are approximately 2 percent of the American population. Miso Paste, also known as Fermented Soybean Paste, is made from soybeans.
