This type of rage led to "Don't Mess With Texas" - a statement of pride but was originally created as an anti-littering slogan. The belief was that if people took pride in where they lived, they'd litter less. It worked. Now where is Drew Carey when Ohio needs him?? :)

Some of my favorite videos along these lines are the people that will pick up the trash and put it back in the offending vehicle, or walk up to them, hand the trash to them and say 'oh yeah you drop this'

Some of my fellow truckers do it too, drives me crazy. I have 5 gallon bucket with a 13 gallon trash bag in it. Lasts me all run, then it goes into the dumpster at the shop! Some people just have no respect for the environment!

the only time a threw trash out of my car was when I was eating a banana and the biggest winged bug I had ever seen landed on the spot I just took a bit and looked me in my eyes I freaked out and threw that John out so fast

My grandparents did this and when I told them not to for the first time, in around 2014, they told me the offenders from the prison would pick it up. Older people just were told it was fine 😐
