People in these comments not having any clue what an ACL does is wild. Lemme make it easy for you... the ACL is in the center of the knee. it's job is to stabilize the leg and prevent your tibia from going all over the place during rotational movement. You barely use it when walking or running. Pivoting, however, is super important. A low post player does that A LOT. You're welcome
