I live in a Lennar house, we bought it in 2023. This started happening right after our 1 year in our bathroom cabinet, slightly milder. Is there anything Lennar will do or what did you do to fix?!😭 ours is an exterior wall and we believe it has to do with humidity. We added damp rid and are cleaning almost daily with mold/mildew cleaner.

Dealing with mild toxicity myself but my house was built in the 60s. Seems like no matter where you go it’s everywhere. Never been sicker that’s for sure
