But better to punch a half circle on the calendars, it makes turning the pages easier 💖 Materials: - Cardstock 200gsm - O-wires 10mm or smaller - Hangers (For calendars) Equipments: - Cutter - Half Moon Circle Puncher if possible - Binding Machine Instructions: - Print and cut the Calendar Template - Hole punch the calendars with a binding machine - Prepare the o-wires. Make sure the wires aren’t too big. Max 10mm diameter - Insert the calendars into the wires, make sure the calendars are in the correct order from Jan to Dec with its front cover at the top. - And last page being its back cover turned over. - Prepare the hangers and clip them shorter so they are the same width as the calendar. - Insert the hangers into the wires. - Cinch close the wires. - Your Wall Calendar is done! How to Export this Template from Planify Pro: Go to Save/Export -> All Pages -> Paper -> Select A4 (or US Letter if printing on US Letter Paper) -> Do not Rearrange -> Click Batch Generate PDF How to print: If possible print the calendars borderless on A4 or US Letter size cardstock at 100% scale. If you can’t print borderless, just trim off the white access border around the calendar later on. Print all pages, only front side.
