Heard a Dem say that a lot of the cuts won’t happen until 2028 so if there’s a dem in office they will get the blame, just like the raised taxes last couple years that are from trumps tax plan but it was Bidens fault.

I used to be a licensed health insurance agent. 90% of people can't differentiate between Medicare, medicaid, or a hole in the ground. 🤪

I'm just under the impression they don't know what welfare programs are all together because my dad says he's never used welfare and talks low of people who do, but yet I reminded him he has a son that will live with him for the rest of his life because he's on the spectrum is currently on Medicaid. My mom does all the paperwork and deals with the bureaucracy but my dad gets to blindly lead the home and doesn't have a f****** clue how defunding the programs are going to affect his own. They are so proud and dummmb.

I work in Medicare and there are a lot of people that have no idea that they are on Medicaid. Which is odd given it’s a state ran program that you have to apply for.

I had to explain to someone with a Master's degree that their disabled adult kid had Medicaid (i.e. Medi-Cal in California).
