I broke my ankle January 1st im finally walking no boot no crutches thank you 🙏 GOD I still have a slight limp tho but keep going it will get easier still have pain and swelling due to plates and screws in my ankle but it really takes a whole year to fully recover from a ankle fracture

Right foot, 2nd to 4th metatarsal bones, displaced fracture😢 15 weeks of recovering pero wala pang weight bearing na paglakad. Patience is the key, magheheal din soon🙏😁 pray pray lang😇

Hayyys. Ito un experience na di ko na tlga mkklimutan at never ko na maimagine na ma exp ulit. Hahha. 5mos nka cast, then after 5mos kailangan ko operahan na and d n kya ng natural healing. On my 5th month kinonfine ako and binali uli un buto ko and nilagyan ng implant. Day 2 post OP pinaglakad ako agad with walker, day 3 bend ng tuhod. day 4 pinaglakad with crutches. 2weeks post op naglalakd nako ng wla crutches msakit pero kinaya nman. Hehhe. Now am on my 7mos post op, nkakalakd nako. Un ankle ko mjo struggle pa ako mabend and mskit un sa may screws na part. Praying for fast healing sa atin lahat! kaya natin to. Hhehe.

I have motorcycle accident last year on decemeber 11, 4months in the hospital kunting nakakapaglakad na but until now my bones & veins in my left leg nararamdam ko na parang may steady feeling ang left leg ko kasi nahihirapan ako pag dadaan sa hagdan na pababa na 🙂
