this is not the time to judge the parents really, we know the culture of townships children go to the shops or walk the street neighbors ase mehlolo ,as they say tsatsi lakotsi hale tsejwe....also Dogs are not supposed to be walking in the street because they dangerous but because is a townships such is seen dogs wandering around unattended. 💔💔💔 let's symphatise with parents on their loss is unfortunate accident can happen to anyone

Parents to blame first and foremost. Dog owners to blame as well. Poor child. The CORRECT dogs should be euthanised by the SPCA, but how on earth will you be able to detect which ones it was? And what exactly is the point in ki lling random puppies? I can only imagine the cruelty with which community members are “ki ll ing” these dogs. Animal cruelty that isn’t going to bring the little child back. Dog owners do better and parents do better.

Honestly, anyone who has a dog but no wall to keep it in should be charged. Your dog shouldn't be a problem for any passerby... Also you can't have a dog and u don't have a gate or your dog can go out as it pleases...
