If you are on state property and are asked to leave, and you refuse, leading to an arrest for trespassing, you generally cannot sue the state for being asked to leave, as there is no inherent constitutional right to remain on government property after being ordered to leave, unless you can prove that the order was made in bad faith or violated your civil rights.
