First of all, Hoa would be happy that you were doing it as they don’t want the ones that look like that anyway second of all there is no designated time the law says between 10 AM to 10 PM. You can be a little loud that means your music can be loud and you can mow your lawn. If that’s what you need to do. I would’ve told him to go call the cops.
