I panic when I gain 10lbs and forget the whole reason I started eating more to begin with. 6-2” 225- 48yrs but I started this from 370lbs so there’s where it comes from… ain’t going back there !

Looking strong and being strong is deceptive. You can be lean and still be strong. Most peoples definition of strong is a joke. Take a week of Jiu Jitsu classes and roll with guys that have doing it for years and you will experience true strength.

Christmas last year I was 285lbs, started back at the gym on the hamster wheel and back on the weights.. now I’m 235 and feel good, not to bad for 6’-2” and 54 yrs old 😎😎
