Maraming araw na gusto ko na sumuko, maraming temptations, maraming “cheat day na dapat isa lang pero muntik maging whole week.” problem sa budget Pero pinili ko pa rin bumalik sa goal ko every single time. Kasi I realized, hindi lang pala ito about pagpapapayat it’s about showing up for yourself kahit mahirap. Tirzepatide helped control my appetite, yes. Pero hindi niya ginawa lahat. Ako pa rin yung nag-decide na kumain ng tama, umiwas sa sobra, at mag-stick sa plan kahit walang nakakakita. Walang workout, walang shortcuts just consistency, self-control, and trusting the process. Ang biggest lesson ko? Hindi mo kailangan maging perfect. Kailangan mo lang maging committed.
