@gabrielsmithh_: This is something I’ve monitored over the past few months. The low values, lack of wanting to be social & stagnation in progress haven’t been superb for the mental aspect. But if it allows for identification of the cause, onwards & upwards (literally). Anyone who’s known me for a few years has probably seen a change. Hopefully this explains the shift a little bit. If you feel this might relate to you, speak to a professional and get blood tests before jumping to conclusions. Don’t ignore the signs from the body :) #Running #runner
As a female i have lost my period although at a healthy weight so idk what to do and i eat a lot to be homeless considering my weight and height- not even an athlete just lift heavy in the gym 3 days on and then 1 off and go on walks

Thanks for sharing and raising awareness, took me over 6 months to get my diagnosis in 2023 !! Super passionate about this and how it can not necessarily be the most obvious thing!

I have just watched your video and think you have just helped me find a reason I have been going through so many symptoms. Are you using someone or can recommend someone that can help you overcome red-s? Thank you for speaking out about it!

Thanks for sharing ❤️I’ve gone through this and lost my period at one point. Wouldn’t wish this on anyone. It was a tough and fatiguing time. Awareness and education of important.

2 months into my own REDs recovery, the more people post about it the easier it becomes to identify. It also took me some hormone tests to figure out that was it. Good luck with the recovery 💪

Fair play mate – I reckon even being at a point where you’re thinking about this will have an effect on how you feel. Rest, relax, give yourself a break. You’re an athlete and you need to give your body and brain the time it needs to perform at its fullest. I’m backing you bro!

Can you look at TRT as an option to see if this can improve symptoms at all?

Bro you helped me figure out I had RED-S. I was training 20-24 hours a week and having days where I would gain +-10kg and had no idea why because I was in a 2k calorie deficit. Realized there’s no point in being “light” if you can’t even run or produce power on the bike from having no energy 🙏
