Add to that 1 tblspn of coconut oil twice a day. Building up the lipids in the brain is important. And staying off sleeping tablets statins & various other meds. More females get dementia than men, due to menopausal low estrogen in the brain & hormones. But mainstream Drs don’t know so women needlessly suffer untreated for years

I take 800 mgmagnesium glycinate and 400 mg L-theonate. I started taking it during my perimenopause brain fog about 4yrs….and my brain fog went away in about in a week. I also take 800mg of morninga, 2000mg B12, 2300mg ashwaganda, and 1000mg lions mane mushroom…..and I feel ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!! Try it👍👍

magnesium L- Threonate is meant for the brain! Your cells in the brain needs magnesium & when it becomes deficient that's when dementia sets in Alzheimer's is when your neurons get encrusted with a hard rust like coating that prevent neurons from activating. thus losing abilities and memory

Yes. I started caring for my 74yr old father who is diagnosed with Alcohol induced dementia. I started him on Omega, D3, Magnesium glycinate, and pro-biotic. He has improved well. Mostly this helps behaviors associated with dementia too.

I like to ask why? What is going on now that creates a need to take magnesium? Do people in blue zones take magnesium?
