There's 20% or so of Registered female Engineers in South Africa as opposed 2023 ,and out of that 20% there's only 6% that make it to professional status, yet the University doors are wide open and there's no law against women applying. Now will we swap out quality for quantity for the sake of "making up numbers" im just being real with you ,there's not enough supply to fill the demand .
