A couple of comments from an Oxford student here! Oxford interviews are still 100% online and I don’t believe there are any plans to change this. Also, Oxford (or are least central Oxford, where you’ll likely be as a student) is VERY revolved around the university, and basically nothing else as Oxford is quite clustered into one space vs Cambridge. I do 100% agree - look at the courses and what is best for you - this should 100% be your deciding factor. There are some courses (eg. Medicine) that won’t vary and you’ll need to look into other factors, but most - particularly individual sciences vs. Natsci vary by university and you should choose what is best for you!

My daughter chose Oxford as she had been there with school, she had a place on the uniq summer school, and it’s easier to get to from where we live 😬

I chose purely on which location I preferred - which looking back at it was definitely insufficient, but I actually really prefer the structure of my course at Cambridge to Oxford so worked out well!
