Steak is cooked great, brother. But you’re cutting with the grain here. You can elevate those med-well pieces by cutting against the grain. That the secret Big Chikin doesn’t want you to know!

Folks; The pan he’s using, People have no idea how easy those Titanium Heritage Steel pans distribute heat & clean up. Those pans are great. I can’t believe they sell em’ for that cheap. They can compete with the $400 Hestan nano bond & The All clad $450 G5 graphite core. I’ve got em’ all now and can preach with profit.
