Giving a child that kind of balanced diet is a good thing, but there is no advantage to having it blended as opposed to chewing it, especially if the child already has teeth. Granted that chewing certain foods like carrots below 2years of age poses a risk of choking. It's healthier if a child learns to start chewing and develop not only the teeth but also the buccal muscles which help with breathing problems.
