i gave up trying especially when a friend who knows someone at IDC kept applying for funding every year then they share the money 😭I knew is not about requirements ,the budget is for their friends.

Bra this ppl do respond.... Make sure u apply between July - December by late Feb they will respond u.... U must also know that funds are allocated after April.... So they respond when they know funds are allocated to them
