incorrect zero 🤣 you can literally file a police report on the officer and press charges just like any other crime what would need to be determined is if he is working in his legal capacity it's the reason they don't give there full name truly now they are friends or family with the employees at the department that is the issue but can be corrected with a suit to determine weather he was.

You go in front of their judges that don't follow the constitution. You have to get your case heard by an article 3 judge for any constitutional rights. Cops, licenses or any traffic offence is in their jurisdiction which is not common law. When you get to court you must challenge jurisdiction and place yourself under common law
