I reccomend Cocoa Butter. Coconut oil melts at 24-26 °C while cocoa butter melts at 34-38 °C. It will help your chocolate last longer outside of the fridge.

Hi and thank you for your great content! I have a question — when I make chocolate, even after tempering it, I still get white streaks on the surface once it cools. It doesn’t stay evenly brown and smooth. Do you know what might be causing this? I’d really appreciate your help! 🙏
