It's so interesting how the phone makes us feel bad since we are selling our attention as potential customers for entertainment, but the reason we feel the most guilt is because we are not producing those same things that were trying to be forced sold to us

I have another suggestion: turn the whole phone black and white from settings. Idk why but when I see the apps and screen in black and white I get quickly bored.
