Oh friend. Idk where you are, but I’m in TX & we got winged ants in the walls about a year after replacing the windows & they came out when I repainted… Ours were carpenter ants & we’re 2 pro treatments in. 😭

We had a problem like this. If you get a spray bottle and mix vinegar with water and spray it around the holes are parts that they’re emerging from and then fill it in with foam they won’t come back. The strong smells makes them leave x

There’s been a flying ant and ant infestation in the UK today, I had some in my house earlier and my brother used deodorant to get rid of them and then disposed them outside. Very scary but all worked out xx glad it all worked for you! 🥰

I completely understand your moral dilemma - I think you can get ant things that don’t kill them but gets them to go elsewhere - like a repellent basically

I killed an army of ants in Spain when I left some food out by accident once. As a vegan it was traumatic. Had to do it…. 😂😂😂

put ant powder on all your outside windowsills and infront of the doors before you go on holiday and I would also put some inside where you found them to stop them coming back while you're away xx
