tried this yesterday (I've never been a runner) and this was a very good way to give me a taste of running. 9 minutes felt like a long time to walk (I've been doing walking workouts) so I just dropped down to 6 minutes walking and added 10sec to the run and trying that today!

Yall dont do this walking for 9 minutes is gonna get u no where, its btter to do like run for 30 secs, walk for 2 mins, then do run for 1 min, walk for 2.5 mins, repeat 5 times everyday and progressivly get faster

Whattt 😭 I started running one minute walking 1:30.. then run 1:30 walk 2 and then run 2 walk 3 and kept increasing. I’m currently at run 5 walk 3 but tmrw I’m at run 8!

Thank you for sharing this! I feel like this is MUCH more doable for someone who is just starting out!! Aka me ahahaha. Love the Runna app but running for 1 min + walking for 1.5 min (6x) is not enough of a break
