This is the best possible outcome? This guarantees he’s in prison and can’t appeal it, and it also allows these poor victims to REST without true crime junkies using their deaths for a cash grab during the trial.

The death penalty is a joke anyway. The last execution in Idaho was in 2012. And that inmate was on death row from 1984. At least he plead guilty and he's getting life without parole. Its a win.

Here are my unsolicited thoughts: this leaves the roommates in suspended suspicion and now puts LE in suspicion, the families wanted DEATH, OUR NEED for answers doesn’t make the plea deal any less valid unfortunately.

The DA is doing this for a mark under his belt to say that he got him convicted. Do not allow him to do this. Do not allow this to happen! Kohlberger needs to go in front of a jury of his peers and to face the families and to be sentenced with the families for closure don’t you dare people sit there and say this is the best opportunity to go to be able to move on….I know it’s not…shame on you all who want’s him to plead out !!!!

Hear me out, what if two of the families didn’t want to endure a 3 month trial in a city they don’t live in and have every gruesome detail displayed. Plus they have to factor in the possibility of a mistrial. That would just extend this horror even further. While upsetting, his losing rights to appeal is a plus.

I’m waiting for the prosecutors to face the media and be asked “who in the victim’s families accepted the plea offer?” It’s odd. Families typically accept the plea deal in order not to pursue trial without being furious or upset. If they don’t agree on the plea, then a trial must be placed. We need to hear from the prosecutors.🤔

This was a good outcome, this family has apperently been a problem, doesn't care about the other victims or their families either. They are being selfish in not considering the survivors, the other families, etc. Sad they would post that.
