Wrong, This younger generation grew up differently. No work ethic, no manners, no phone etiquette, no speech etiquette. So, when we try to constructively criticize, its automatically offensive to them. So, no thank you, I raised my kids already, not going to raise someone else's. ✌️

Older and younger as well. Older expect a higher level of work ethics. Younger people come to wk to chill and don’t want to be told what to do while they stand there taking up space. It’s both!!
