Oh yeah when a job gets like this consistently I leave 😂 but I worked self employed & doing multiple pt things for awhile so leaving a job doesnt scare me anymore

I always ask myself if the negative feelings I’m having are worth the Botox and wrinkles they’ll cause. Most of the time the answer is no so I just shrug it off

The problem is that we’re constantly under stress of losing our jobs which is directly tied to our ability to eat have shelter and healthcare. That seems like pretty big stakes to me

I realized it’s not worth your mental health. Long term you want a job that’s compatible with you! And that’s different for everyone. You think you are the soup person who “can do this job” or “you won’t find another company xyz” but you will and you will be happier!!! 🩷

Omg work stress was REALLY bad for me, I got so depressed. Went on FMLA twice bc at one point I was kinda scared for my life and I came back and got fired!! I’m never letting work stress me out again and documenting everything
