I had an ovarian cyst and had surgery to remove it plus my fallopian tube and ovary! The pooch that came back is depressing 😢 I’ve never had such a pooch down there!! I really needed to hear to love my body and the fact it’s housed 3 babies. Thank you so much!!! 😊

I had an ovarian cystectomy and endometriosis. I woke up in pain and was doomscrolling in bed. Doing this exercise with you soothed the pain and I can get up and go about my day now. Thank you so much for sharing!

I want to take a moment to thank you for allowing space to show gratitude to my tummy. Unfortunately, I had an emergency hysterectomy after my C-section in 2023 bc I almost died on the table. So traumatic. I never thanked my tummy for what it went through the way I did last night. I showed it so much love n gratitude bc of you. 🥺🥰

I have a small burn scar in my stomach that has left a reddish mark. It has stayed the same for months. I did this 2 times, and general mld 3 times in the past few days and the shock I feel when I saw it paler this morning. that wasn't even on my mind when I did it, it was to get rid of my bloating.

What if when you’re doing this you feel tiny little lumps that are all over the lower half of your abdomen? They feel like squishy knots. Pain free though. I just had a hysterectomy and bladder sling in May 😣
