@elizabethturner00: As a human living with ADHD and a therapist treating humans with ADHD- I can confirm the importance of keeping my space de-cluttered and tidy. Research show an unkempt space can cause stress and anxiety for those with ADHD, which may further exacerbate executive functioning challenges. I try my best to start each morning with 30min- 1hour of cleaning / tidying while I drink my coffee to help set me up for success in my day.
